Troops may reserve sites up to 7 months in advance. Service Units up to 9 months in advance. 50% payment is required at the time of the reservation.
To make a reservation follow the steps below:
- Select your category from the menu
- Then select the date you want to go camping.
- Don't forget to check how many nights you want to stay under the "Duration" box
- Note: If you are visiting camp for just the day, use "Day Use" category.
Reservations are confirmed when you receive an email.
If any buildings, Waterfront, Archery range or equipment are not reserved by you, they will be available for other Girl Scout groups or the council to use, even when you are on the property. Service Unit Encampment rentals do not automatically rent the Waterfront or Archery range, please be sure to add them to your rental if you want to use them.
If you are an outside group (including non-GSNYPENN Girl Scout Councils) and wish to make a reservation, please contact us at info@gsnypenn.org. If an online reservation is made by an outside group, the council reserves the right to cancel the reservation immediately. Non-member rates apply.
Please be sure to have all certifications into Council 2 weeks prior to your reservation. Required certifications can be found in the Safety Activity Checkpoint Guide.
