Reservations can be made up to 7 months in advance. Service Units can reserve up to 9 months in advance. 50% payment is required at the time of the reservation.
To make a reservation:
- Select your category from the menu
- Select the start date you want to go camping.
- Select end date
- Add to cart
- Repeat for any other buildings or rentals
- Checkout!
- Note: If you are visiting camp for just the day, use "Day Use" category.
If any buildings, Waterfront, Archery range or equipment are not reserved by you, they will be available for others to reserve, even when you are on the property. Service Unit Encampment rentals do not automatically rent the Waterfront, Archery Range, or equipment, so please be sure to add them to your rental if you want to use them.
Non-Girl Scout Group Rentals
Camp Amahami is available for rent by non-Girl Scout groups and families. If you are a non-Girl Scout group (including non-GSNYPENN Girl Scout Councils) and wish to make a reservation, please contact us at info@gsnypenn.org. If an online reservation is made by an outside group, the council reserves the right to cancel or edit the reservation. Non-member rates apply.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Payments for property reservations are non-refundable/transferable unless council cancels the reservation or advance notice is given. Cancelations made more than 2 months in advance of the start of your reservation are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancelations made more than 1 month in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancelations made 1 month or less in advance are not eligible for a refund.
