A $100 non-refundable deposit is due at time of registration. The last day of standard registration and final payment for all camps due in full is on June 21, 2023. After this date, we will reach out to remind you that your camper still has a balance. If your balance due is not paid by June 28, 2023, your camper’s registration will be cancelled.

Note: registration will remain open after June 21 for any open spaces, however payment is due in full at time of registration.

Payments for all council programs and events are non-refundable unless council cancels the event or the registering person/group cancels PRIOR to the June 21, 2023 registration deadline. Cancellations made after the registration deadline will not receive a refund.

Cancellation notifications should be sent via email to info@gsnypenn.org. Refunds for cancellations are made only if the notification is received prior to the registration deadline. A cancellation may qualify for a refund (minus the deposit fee) if the cancellation is due to a qualified medical reason. A refund request along with a doctor’s excuse must be received within two weeks of the cancellation.

*Please note: a minimum number of campers is required to run all programming. If the minimum is not met, camps may be subject to cancellation.
