A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at time of registration. The last day of standard registration and final payment for this trip due in full is on June 2, 2023.
Note: registration will remain open after June 2 for any open spaces, however payment is due in full at time of registration.
Payments for all council programs and events are non-refundable unless council cancels the event or the registering person/group cancels PRIOR to the June 2, 2023 registration deadline. Cancellations made after the registration deadline will not receive a refund.
Cancellation notifications should be sent via email to info@gsnypenn.org. Refunds for cancellations are made only if the notification is received prior to the registration deadline. A cancellation may qualify for a refund (minus the deposit fee) if the cancellation is due to a qualified medical reason. A refund request along with a doctor’s excuse must be received within two weeks of the cancellation.
*Please note: a minimum number of campers is required to run all programming. If the minimum is not met, camps may be subject to cancellation.
