Camp Hoover: Family Camp

July 29-30, 2023 (optional Friday night)

 

All family members are welcome! At least one family member must be a registered Girl Scout.

Come see what camp has to offer for the entire family! Families will spend 2 days, 1 night exploring camp and participating in camp activities such as boating, swimming, archery, arts and crafts, hiking and more! Meals are provided on Saturday and Sunday, and each family will receive their own private tent or cabin. Please Note: Our tents and cabins do not have electricity. Fire pits and pavilions are shared with other families.

Friday Night Add On: Want to start camping Friday? Add on Friday night for just $15/person. Check in begins at 6 p.m. Families are responsible for their own dinner Friday. Breakfast is provided Saturday morning. Bring your own camping games or borrow some from us! Join other families for a campfire and s’mores by Mark Lodge Friday night!

 

$45/person. Children under age 4 are free.

Cancellation Policy

Payments for all council programs and events are non-refundable unless council cancels the event or the registering person/group cancels PRIOR to the June 21, 2023 registration deadline. Cancellations made after the registration deadline will not receive a refund.

Cancellation notifications should be sent via email to info@gsnypenn.org. Refunds for cancellations are made only if the notification is received prior to the registration deadline. A cancellation may qualify for a refund (minus the deposit fee) if the cancellation is due to a qualified medical reason. A refund request along with a doctor's excuse must be received within two weeks of the cancellation.

*Please note: a minimum number of campers is required to run all programming. If the minimum is not met, camps may be subject to cancellation.
