Camporee 2023 During Girl Scouts Love State Parks Weekend

September 8-10, 2023

Join us to celebrate Girl Scouts Love State Parks at Camporee 2023! We'll camp out at beautiful Glimmerglass State Park and enjoy a weekend packed with amazing activities. You won't want to miss this amazing weekend with Girl Scout friends--old and new! 

Open to Girl Scouts of all levels. All attendees must have a current Girl Scout membership.

Adults within ratio required. First Aider is provided. Troop leaders do NOT need to have completed Simply Successful Camping.

Attendees will be tent-camping at Glimmerglass State Park

Plan Your Adventure: Your weekend ticket includes camping, all activities including a zipline, climbing walls, activities at Hyde Hall where Juliette herself summered in the early 1900s, a bridging ceremony on the oldest bridge in the USA, nature programming led by the NYS DEC, self-guided Girl Scouts Love State Parks activities, council staff and volunteer led activities (such as orienteering, outdoor skills, birding, and field games), canoeing led by our own River Raiders, optional entry to the Baseball Hall of Fame on Sunday, and much more! You'll also get patches to commemorate the weekend! 

Food

- Grab-and-go breakfasts provided on Saturday and Sunday

- Bring your own lunch on Saturday or visit the Park's concession stand

- Dinner provided on Saturday by Cooperstown's own Tickled Pink BBQ! 

- Friday dinner and Saturday Lunch on your own

Lodging

- Attendees will be tent camping at the beautiful Glimmerglass State Park. Site accommodations will be assigned at check-in.

- Bring your own tent and camping gear. A packing list will be sent as the date gets closer! 

Cost

- $85 per person ($25 non-refundable deposit per person due at time of registration; balance due by 8/25/23)
