Syracuse Service Center
Troops and groups may use the Syracuse Activity Center, located at 960 James St, Floor 2 in Syracuse NY for day programming and meetings.
We provide full kitchen access, meeting rooms, breakout areas, all gender bathrooms, and a large secure parking lot for your guests.

Reservations can be made up to 7 months in advance. Service Units can reserve up to 9 months in advance.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Payments for property reservations are non-refundable/transferable unless council cancels the reservation or advance notice is given. Cancelations made more than 2 months in advance of the start of your reservation are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancelations made more than 1 month in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancelations made 1 month or less in advance are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Girl Scout Group Rentals
If you are a non-Girl Scout group (including non-GSNYPENN Girl Scout Councils) and wish to make a reservation, please contact us at info@gsnypenn.org. If an online reservation is made by an outside group, the council reserves the right to cancel or edit the reservation.
