Full refunds are given if GSNYPENN cancels a Council-run program or event. Troops, groups or individuals will be notified as soon as possible when a decision is made.

Payments or deposit fees for all Council programs and events are non-refundable, unless Council cancels the event, or the registering person/group cancels PRIOR to the registration deadline.

Any refund or credit requested may e settled on a case by case basis and is subject to a 25% processing fee, deducted from the original payment total.

No refunds or credit will be given for 'no-shows' for any reason.
