PLEASE READ COVID RESPONSE INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:
Council properties are open to troops for day and overnight use and all safety guidelines in accordance with the CDC, state, and local health authorities must be followed. Troop meetings on council premises, as with normal Girl Scout programs, should abide with Safety Activity Checkpoints in terms of two unrelated adult volunteers, adult-to-girl ratios, etc. Especially for troop meetings indoors, taking temperatures prior to attendance may not always be possible–but it is certainly ideal. A signed Annual Permission/Health Form for each member is essential; it asks the signer to attest to very specific COVID-19-related health factors such as being symptom free and risks of contagion from a COVID-19 positive person within 14 days of the event. Meetings on council premises will require completion of our visitor logs and cleaning checklist.

Day/evening use of the Activity Center and STEM Lab by Girl Scout groups is free but still requires a reservation.

- If you are reserving for a meeting or for program use, select the "Hourly" category. Select your "Start Time" and "Duration" based on 30 minute increments.
All Journey Tub and Tech Tub rentals are suspended until further notice.
Tech Tubs - $20 for 15 girls, +$2 per additional girl
Tech Tubs should be rented along with the STEM lab to ensure you have a place to use the tub. Please note, there will not be a staff member with you to facilitate the activity, if you would like to look through the instructions beforehand please contact Council.
Journey Tubs - $20 for 15 girls, +$2 per additional girl
Journey Tubs can be rented for a max of 35 days and will need to be rented at least 10 days from the date you are making the reservation. This is so the tub can be prepared for your number of girls or relocated to another Service Center if needed.
Heritage Trunk - $20
The Service Center contact will reach out to you to coordinate pick up and drop off times for the dates you requested.

Friday 9am - 12:30pm
Sunday and Saturday Not Available
If you are an outside group (including non-GSNYPENN Girl Scout Councils) and wish to make a reservation, please contact us at reservations@gsnypenn.org. If an online reservation is made by an outside group, the council reserves the right to cancel the reservation immediately.
